Real-time Page Management (RPM)®
 RPM
is a server-side application that addresses the security concerns
and inadequate management controls associated with FTP, LAN, HTTP, and
database-driven content management solutions. Simply put, RPM is a
fast, easy and safe way to delegate content management. RPM is
completely compatible with client-side content editors and all
server-side operating systems - NT, Unix or Linux, including virtual
hosts. RPM can be easily incorporated into existing web pages, thus
preserving your current investment.
Utilizing Reedy Creek's patented CCIT technology, page revisions are
transported from the contributor to the web server in the form of encrypted data packets using electronic mail protocols such as SMTP.
Page revisions can be uploaded on demand by authorized contributors without granting them direct access to the web server and without interaction with the Webmaster. U.S. Patent No. 5,937,160.Click here to see how RPM works.
