Reedy Creek Technologies is officially licensed by Rotary International to sell RPM to Rotary Districts and Clubs. In an effort to further support interested districts or clubs we have chosen to absorb the 10% royalty fee, which we pay to Rotary International. Our pricing schedule has not been increased in order to compensate for the royalty fee. We are also pleased to offer a special 10% discount to districts or clubs.
"RPM enables non-technical people (in terms of HTML experience) to manage & update areas of a given page or an entire page without impacting the remainder of a page or site. We have used RPM since 1997 and have set the site up to be maintained by as many as 42 people. Each person has specific rights & privileges that relate to a specific page (or part of a page). Up to three people can be sent an email alert each time an update is sent to a page. This allows for easy monitoring of a site like ours whose page management responsibility is distributed to so many people. We would not have a web site if it were not for RPM."

Maintaining content that's always current is made easy throughout your entire District
In a typical installation, one RPM package would be purchased for use by the district and all clubs. District committees can each have an independently managed section. Within the district's site each club can also have a page, which they can manage independently. Club pages can contain fast-changing information such as weekly news, current projects, etc., and can also be linked to the club's separate web site, if one is already online. An example of a district installation which is managed entirely by volunteers using RPM can be seen at Rotary District 7710. RPM is easily added to existing sites.

Using District 7710 as an example, this list of clubs indicates which clubs' pages within District 7710 are "self-managed". Note that all club pages can utilize the same page format, if desired, so as to maintain good continuity throughout the District site. Each club however, is free to be as creative as they choose with the "zone" they are provided within their club's page. Using existing skills, club volunteers can safely and easily upload images, formatted text, links, etc., in any layout they choose, using any of our plug-ins, which are included. One affordable purchase enables a very cohesive web presence!
In the above illustration, only one purchase of RPM is required for the entire district and all clubs. The only variable to consider is how many access "zones" are needed. Individual clubs can also purchase RPM for stand-alone sites. RPM is easily added to existing sites.
