President/CEO - Neal Davis
|
Mr. Davis has more than 25 years of business ownership and management experience in high-technology sales, marketing, and product distribution. He has also held production engineering positions with GTE Sylvania and General Electric and is a former sales manager with Harris Corporation. In 1994, Mr. Davis along with his two partners below, focused their expertise on the Internet which led to a patent for their development of "Command and Control Internet Transport (CCIT)" technology. CFO - Warren Grimes
|
Mr. Grimes has more than 25 years of business ownership and management experience with a concentration in finance, accounting, and contract management. In addition to serving numerous organizations, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Four Oaks Bank and Trust, a community bank with assets of over $235MM. Mr. Grimes and Mr. Davis have been business associates for more than seven years.

CTO - Brian Gold
|
Mr. Gold is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in a multitude of programming languages. He has developed numerous custom Internet applications for Unix, Linux, and NT-based web servers, deployed local and wide area networks, and has developed data warehousing and data mining applications for their business. Through this background he has developed a keen eye for protecting network integrity. Mr. Gold and Mr. Davis have been business associates for more than 12 years and are co-inventors of Reedy Creek's patented technology.

Eric Sellers
Mr. Sellers is an investor in Reedy Creek Technologies. He is also an executive vice-president and one of the founders of Medic Computer Systems, Raleigh, North Carolina. Medic was acquired recently by Mysis, PLC for $922.8MM. Mr. Seller' expertise is in the area of market development, customer support, and software product development.
Joel Panara
Mr. Panara is an investor in Reedy Creek Technologies. He has served as Director of Marketing and Client Services for the Environmental Technologies Institute. In 1992 he founded Grayson Research, Ltd, a contract research organization serving the agriculture industry. He served as President from 1992 through 1996, and CEO until 1999, when he sold controlling interest to employees and became "of counsel" to the firm.
Dixon Fleming
Mr. Fleming is an investor in Reedy Creek Technologies. He is the founder and former CEO of Factory Stores of America, now Konover Property Trust (NYSE: KPT), Cary, North Carolina. Mr. Fleming is a Managing Principal with Core Point Capital, LP. Mr. Fleming was awarded the North Carolina Entrepreneur of the Year in 1995 by Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young. Mr. Fleming's expertise is in the area of IPO's, capital procurement, and management.
